Description
Two outlets. Separate control.
Keep a garden hose connected at the quick outlet while using the separate threaded branch for a compatible fitting. This IBC kit combines an extended S60x6 swivel adapter with a nickel-plated brass double-outlet tap.
The long lever controls the front quick-connect outlet. The smaller lever controls the downward-facing BSP branch, so you can open either outlet as needed.
Extended adapter and double-outlet tap supplied. Tank, existing tank valve, hose, hose-end connector, additional fittings and sealing tape are separate.
Choose the outlet for the job
Quick-connect outlet: attach a hose fitted with a matching female garden quick connector to the male plug at the front. The separate hose-end connector must suit your hose bore; the kit's BSP inlet size does not determine hose size.
Threaded branch: the second outlet has a male BSP thread and its own small lever. Choose a matching female-threaded fitting for the connection you want to make, checking the branch thread before buying an accessory.
Each outlet has its own control, but both share the tank supply. This tap does not increase water pressure: flow still depends on the tank's water level, available head and connected pipework.
More room to fit and position the tap
The plastic adapter is 100mm long overall. Its extended shape brings the fitting out from the tank connection, and the swivel arrangement helps position the tap without using a loose screw joint for alignment.
Check that your tank or existing valve has a male S60x6 outlet: nominally 60mm with a 6mm coarse pitch. The adapter's other end is ¾-inch BSP female, matching the tap's ¾-inch BSP male inlet.
The 100mm measurement is the adapter's full length, not 100mm of extra clearance after installation. Check the space around your valve, frame and attached hose before ordering, and support pipework so it does not pull sideways on the assembly.
Close the existing tank valve before fitting. Inspect the washer, start threads straight and use appropriate sealing at the BSP joint where required. PTFE tape is sold separately. Open the supply gradually and check each connection before use.
Before you connect your hoses
Can I control the two outlets separately?
Yes. The long lever controls the quick-connect outlet, and the smaller lever controls the threaded branch. They share the same tank supply, so opening both can affect the flow available to each.
Is a hose or sealing tape included?
No. This IBC021G kit contains the extended adapter and double-outlet tap. Add a suitable hose-end female quick connector for a bare hose if needed, and use appropriate sealing for your threaded installation. Hose, additional fittings and PTFE tape are sold separately.

What is BSP?
What is BSP thread size?
BSP (British Standard Pipe) is a nominal pipe-thread size, not a direct measurement of a fitting’s bore or outside diameter. For example, a ½-inch BSP male thread measures about 21mm across its outer thread crests.
These figures are approximate outside diameters of male BSP threads, to help identify the nominal size. They are not inch-to-millimetre unit conversions:
- 3/8" BSP → 16.66 mm
- 1/2" BSP → 20.95 mm
- 3/4" BSP → 26.44 mm
- 1" BSP → 33.25 mm
- 1.25" BSP → 41.91 mm
- 1.5" BSP → 47.80 mm
- 2" BSP → 59.61 mm
- 3" BSP → 87.88 mm
- 4" BSP → 113.03 mm
Measure across the outside of a male thread, then check its pitch and whether it is parallel or tapered. Diameter alone does not confirm compatibility. Check the product’s stated thread specification before connecting.
