Description
Let the hose do the watering along the bed
Lay this 25m CostWise soaker hose beside your planting and let water seep through its porous rubber wall into the surrounding soil.
It is a watering line in its own right: there are no separate drippers to position along the hose. A fitted male garden quick-connect plug and end cap simplify the two ends of the run.
Arrange the route around borders or greenhouse beds, connect a compatible supply and check the watering pattern before covering it.

A quick connection at the supply end
The fitted male garden quick-connect plug takes a compatible female hose connector. Bring an ordinary garden hose to the bed, then connect this soaker line where watering is needed.
The ½-inch size describes the soaker hose’s nominal bore. It does not identify a BSP tap thread or mean the exposed plug accepts bare hose pushed over it.
Keep the hose within its 0.7-bar maximum working pressure. Use suitable pressure control where required by your supply; a regulator, supply hose and tap fittings are not included.

Close the far end. Water through the wall.
The fitted end cap closes the other end so water is delivered through the hose’s porous surface. This is deliberately a seeping irrigation hose, rather than a sealed pipe for carrying water to a sprinkler.
The flexible recycled-rubber hose can sit above ground or be buried to a maximum depth of 20cm. Test the route and check soil moisture before covering it; watering needs vary with soil, plants and weather.
One 25m hose with the fitted plug and cap is supplied. Supports, timers and other irrigation controls are separate.
Setting up your 25m watering line
Do I need separate drippers?
No. Water passes through the porous hose wall along the run. Place the hose near the area you want watered and check how moisture spreads in your soil.
Can I connect it straight to a garden hose?
The fitted male quick-connect plug needs a compatible female hose connector. Check your existing hose end and ensure the supply pressure is suitable; this pack does not include pressure regulation.
Can I shorten the hose?
The hose can be cut to suit a shorter layout. Cutting changes the fitted-end arrangement, so plan suitable connections and an end stop for the finished sections before cutting. Spare fittings are not included.
Is it suitable for drinking water or hot water?
No. This hose is intended for garden irrigation and is not suitable for potable water or hot-water use.
