This listing contains every type and kit of tap we have available on our store, in one place for your convenience. Simply select what size tap you require, the type you are after and the outlet you want. When selecting a tap type, the photo will change to help guide you on what outlet style is available. Below will be a short description of each tap and outlet type and their uses.

Size:

1/2" Taps come with a 1/2" BSP threaded inlet

3/4" Taps come with a 3/4" BSP threaded inlet

Tap Type:

Bib Tap/ Nickel Plated Bib Tap/ Polished Bib Tap - These are standard UK style garden bib taps with a twist handle to turn on and off. All our metal bib taps are made from solid brass and can come with different finishes: Standard Brass, Nickel Plated Brass, Polished Brass.

Lever Taps - These are standard lever taps which are designed with higher accessibility and ease of use. These taps turn on or off by rotating the lever 90 degrees.

Black/ Grey Plastic Bib Taps - These are standard UK style bib taps made from high quality plastics designed to last through all seasons as a cheaper alternative to brass or metal taps.

White Plastic Lever Tap/ Black & White Water Butt Taps - These are smaller plastic taps designed for barrels, water butts and tanks, however they can be used as a normal garden outlet.

Double Outlet Lever Tap - These double outlet taps come with a valved second outlet with a free thread. This thread is always a size larger than the selected size so a 1/2" double tap has a 3/4" second outlet and a 3/4" double tap has a 1" second outlet.

Nylon Double Outlet Taps - These are Polyamide (PA) taps, otherwise known as Nylon Taps and are more robust than standard taps as a hybrid between metal and plastic. These taps are designed to last through every season and come with a second 3/4" valved outlet.

Outlet Type:

Quick Connectors - These are the snap-on style standard hose end connectors you can find in most major retailers or from our shop, these will work with both our 1/2" and 3/4" taps as they are a standard size. Please note that you can buy larger hose connectors for 3/4" and 1" hose, but these are not available on this listing, these taps are designed for use with 1/2" hosepipe quick connectors.

Barbed - These are a barbed fittings designed to be pushed onto hosepipe without the need for any connectors, however we recommend using a clip to tighten around the outside of your hose to prevent leaking. Our 1/2" taps come with a 1/2" barb and our 3/4" taps come with a 3/4" barb.

Geka - Geka fittings are a professional style fitting that do not have male or female ends, all geka style fittings will work with other geka style fittings. They are designed for quick and easy connection by pushing and twisting to create a waterproof seal between the fittings. These are popular with professionals for being more robust than standard plastic quick connectors. All our GEKA fittings are made from solid Brass.

2-Way Splitter - These taps have been outfitted with a 2-way splitter with quick connectors built in, these splitters come with valves on each outlet so you can run them independently for zoned watering.

Hose Connector - These taps come with a standard quick connector and an additional 1/2" hose connector to connect directly to your existing hosepipe.

None - These taps have a simple outlet with no attachment capabilities.
