IBC CAP TO 1/2" (13MM) BARBED HOSETAIL

This product is an IBC Tank adapter with a coarse 60mm thread to a 1/2" barbed hosetail outlet standard garden hosepipes, corrugated pipes and irrigation lines. This is a single connected piece so cannot be separated or leak.

DELIVERY

All delivery periods provided are estimates and not a guarantee. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day (Mon-Fri), except on bank holidays. After 1pm, your order will be dispatched by the end of the next working day. If there is an error with your postcode or address, your order may be cancelled without contact; we cannot edit your address and we are unable to print a shipping label for a non-valid post code.

Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48, a 3-5 business day service. Expedited delivery is Royal Mail 24, a 1-2 business day service. Large and bulky items/orders may be dispatched via a courier at our discretion, this is usually (but not always) for a next-day delivery.

We only dispatch to the UK. We may not be able to ship large/heavy items to non-mainland locations or the Highlands & Islands. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system prior to purchase with your postcode and details of what you are looking to purchase if your address falls into this category. Where we are unable to ship to you, we are happy for you to arrange your own courier for collection.

WARRANTY

All products unless otherwise stated have a standard manufacturer warranty against faulty workmanship. If your product fails within 6 months of delivery, please contact us via the eBay messaging system with your order reference number, description of the issue, and images showing the issue. If we are unable to fix the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund your order. If the item is found not to be faulty or the damage is found not to be due to faulty manufacturing, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

RETURNS

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. You must, when examining the product, take reasonable care in doing so and not damage or dirty the item. It is your responsibility to examine your order as soon as possible upon receipt, to ensure that your order is correct and undamaged. If you discover there is an error with your order after 30 days, your return may be declined. If you do not return your order within 30 days of opening a return case, your return case will be closed and you will no longer be able to return your order.

In order to return an order, please open a return case through eBay. Our return address is not our registered business address on the invoice; returns sent here will not be processed and will be refused. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition with no damage to the packaging or tags. You must include either a copy of the included order invoice, or a slip with the order reference number inside the parcel. Do not cover up the return reference number found on the return label. If the returned item or its packaging is damaged, dirty, or used, we may deduct from your order refund.

If you believe your item is faulty, wrong, or damaged, please contact us via the eBay messaging system prior to opening a return case so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them—unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You must include either a copy of your invoice or a slip with your order reference number inside the parcel. Please be sure not to obscure your return reference number on the label.

If you refuse delivery or reject the parcel without prior notice, we will inspect the returned package and issue a refund upon receipt. Although there is no restocking fee, we will deduct the cost of the return postage label (£3.35) from your refund.

If the returned item or its packaging shows signs of use, damage, or staining, we may deduct up to 50% of the order value—or refuse the return entirely—depending on its condition. Examples include damaged tags, stained, modified or damaged packaging, or missing components.

For faulty, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us before sending anything back so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. If we agree that a return is necessary due to our error, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Products that have been modified or damaged through customer action are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been cut, trimmed or otherwise altered—such as a tarpaulin or pond liner resized to your specifications—or any product showing damage beyond normal inspection handling.
