Description
Adjust each inlet by hand
The difference in this green hot-and-cold pet wash kit is at the junction: two separate manual valve controls let you adjust the flow from each tap connection before it reaches the 5m rinsing hose.
Use the trigger gun for a gentle rinse after muddy walks, with the water checked before washing. The valves give you manual adjustment; they do not heat the water or hold it at a set temperature.
One kit supplied. Bath, stand and tap adaptors are sold separately.

Follow the water route
From the taps: two separate 0.5m inlet hoses connect suitable hot and cold outlets to the angled branches of the junction. Each branch has its own manual valve. Any tap adaptors must be matched to your actual outlets and are not part of this pack.
Through the junction: the two supplies meet at the three-way fitting. Adjusting either inlet can change both the outlet flow and temperature, so test the water at the gun again after making a change.
To the washing spot: one continuous 5m main hose runs to the eight-pattern gun. Six click-lock hose-end connectors are supplied for the hose connections. The short inlet hoses do not extend the main rinsing hose into a continuous six-metre length.
Set up, check and rinse
Make the connections with both taps off. Test the outlet water away from your pet.
Match the outlets
The hose-end fittings need compatible male quick-connect outlets. Select any separate tap adaptors for the actual connection and intended water supply. Check that your plumbing is suitable for joining the supplies; ask a plumber if you are unsure.
Adjust and test
Set a gentle flow at the gun and check the temperature before washing. Recheck after turning a valve, changing a tap setting or interrupting either supply. These are manual flow controls, without thermostatic or automatic anti-scald protection.
Finish at the taps
Close both tap supplies when finished, release the remaining pressure and drain the hoses for storage. Releasing the gun trigger or leaving the junction valves closed is not a substitute for turning off the taps.
Questions about the valved kit
What does the valved junction add?
There is a manual valve on each of the two angled inlet branches. These let you adjust the two flows at the junction, whereas a plain three-way junction has no such controls. This kit contains the two-valve version shown in the contents photo.
Will the valves keep the water at a safe temperature automatically?
No. They control flow manually and do not monitor temperature. The kit has no heater, thermostatic mixer or automatic anti-scald control. Test the outlet water before washing and whenever either supply or setting changes.
Can I connect the kit straight onto my taps?
Only if your taps already provide suitable compatible male quick-connect outlets. The six included fittings are hose-end connectors, not tap adaptors. Separate adaptors may be needed, and your plumbing must be suitable for combining the supplies.
What is included with the green hose?
One 5m main hose, two separate 0.5m inlet hoses, one two-control three-way junction, one eight-pattern trigger gun and six hose-end connectors. A bath, stand and tap adaptors are sold separately.
