This bucket is ideal for the production of home liquors such as wine or beer and for pickling purposes. The fermentation bucket can be equipped with an airlock, gasket and tap for draining the wine from the sediment. Before closing the bucket, you can coat the contact area of the lid with cooking oil or petroleum jelly in order to increase tightness.
It is recommended to wash the bucket with a soft cloth as scratches could cause an accumulation of residue.
The bucket has a capacity of 30 Litres and includes a helpful measurement scale on the outside of the bucket.
