Description
A small sheet with two distinct faces
This compact silver and black tarpaulin puts 300gsm polyethylene into a nominal 65cm square. It is useful for a small covering job where a larger sheet would leave too much spare material, or for seeing and handling this grade before ordering a larger size.
The silver outer face contrasts with a black reverse. Reinforced corners, hemmed edges and 12mm aluminium eyelets complete the sheet; choose any ties and supports separately.
One tarpaulin supplied. Workbench and fixing accessories are not included.

Measure a small cover carefully
Start with a tape measure rather than the footprint of the item. Follow the route up one side, across the top and down the other, then repeat at right angles. Add any overlap and allow enough reach for the fixing arrangement.
Both cut sides are 65cm, giving 0.4225m² of nominal flat material. Hemming reduces the finished dimensions by up to 5%, so a 65cm square item will need a larger cover even before its height is included.
This diagram shows the cut proportions only. Corner details are representative rather than a guide to eyelet count or spacing.
Two faces. One practical sheet.
Choose the covering arrangement around the dimensions, the items underneath and where you can attach the sheet.
Handle the material
The silver face and black reverse are part of the same polyethylene sheet. If you are comparing tarpaulin grades, this compact size lets you see the finish and handle the material before selecting a larger sheet.
Support the cover
Cushion rough corners and arrange the sheet so rain can run off. Use suitable perimeter attachments rather than loading one corner. Inspect the sheet and fixings during use, especially after weather changes.
Fold away dry
Remove loose debris, allow the sheet to dry and fold it for storage. Avoid abrasive edges, flames and hot equipment. Do not use the tarpaulin as roofing or temporary roofing.
What is included?
One silver and black 300gsm polyethylene tarpaulin, nominally 65cm × 65cm before hemming, with reinforced corners, hemmed edges and 12mm aluminium eyelets. Ties, bungees, ropes, supports and the workbench shown are not supplied.
300gsm describes the material weight per square metre, not the total weight of this small sheet. Ordering more than one supplies separate tarpaulins.
Questions about this compact size
Is this just a material sample?
It is a small tarpaulin with hemmed edges, reinforced corners and eyelets. You can use it for a suitably sized covering job, or to handle the silver and black material before choosing a larger sheet.
Will the finished size be exactly 65cm square?
No. 65cm × 65cm is the nominal cut size before hemming. Finished dimensions may be up to 5% smaller. Leave extra material for drape, overlaps and reaching anchors.
Are fixing accessories included?
No. Choose suitable ties or bungees separately, checking their fit with the 12mm eyelets and their reach to your anchors. A small sheet still needs a supported fixing arrangement.
Can I use it for roofing?
No. Do not use this tarpaulin for roofing or temporary roofing.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form to obtain a return authorisation and the correct returns address (different from the address on your invoice). This can also be done through your 'recent orders' page on your account if you are registered with Shop. Returns sent without prior authorisation will be discarded.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them—unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You must include either a copy of your invoice or a slip with your order reference number inside the parcel. Please be sure not to obscure your return reference number on the label.
If you refuse delivery or reject the parcel without prior notice, we will inspect the returned package and issue a refund upon receipt. Although there is no restocking fee, we will deduct the cost of the return postage label (£3.35) from your refund.
If the returned item or its packaging shows signs of use, damage, or staining, we may deduct up to 50% of the order value—or refuse the return entirely—depending on its condition. Examples include damaged tags, stained, modified or damaged packaging, or missing components.
For faulty, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us before sending anything back so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. If we agree that a return is necessary due to our error, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Products that have been modified or damaged through customer action are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been cut, trimmed or otherwise altered—such as a tarpaulin or pond liner resized to your specifications—or any product showing damage beyond normal inspection handling.
